An order can be delivered to one address only, and delivery charges are per order.

  • UK Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days) – £4.99
  • EU standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – £13.99 – Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders.
  • Us Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – £25.99 – Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders.

Please note that during exceptional circumstances, delivery times may vary.

Regional Restrictions:

  • Please allow an additional 2 days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland, and other rural areas.
  • We apologize for any potential delays to Northern Ireland due to customs checks.
  • For certain rural areas, delivery options may be limited. You will be notified of any restrictions at checkout.

We regret that we cannot process orders to:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • British Forces Postal Office addresses
  • The Channel Islands

LIABILITY

Rokeach Oud does not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by third parties. Once you have received the goods, you assume all responsibility for them. Upon delivery, we will provide details to enable you to:

a) Exercise your right of cancellation. b) Address any intended cancellations or complaints to the appropriate business entity.

DISTRIBUTION AND RECEPTION

To avoid mistakes with addresses and ensure our delivery company has the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may arrive in one or more shipments. Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a contact number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company cannot leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.
